Luxbar - Responsive navigation bar implemented with CSS 3 only

If JavaScript becomes sophisticated and it becomes obvious that it is effective, even if it is a little action it will make you want to realize with JavaScript. However, there may be cases where it is invalid or does not work well due to motion error between browsers.
In order to prevent such a problem, it is best to implement with style sheets only. This time I will introduce the Luxbar which implemented the navigation bar only with CSS.

How to use Luxbar

This is a desktop version display.

Since it is responsive it will become a hamburger menu when shrinking the width.

I have displayed a menu.

Luxbar is a common navigation bar, but I am surprised that it was implemented only with CSS. I use CSS 3, but it works even if JavaScript is invalid. If it is a modern web browser it will work fine.
Luxbar is CSS3's open source software (MIT License).
