This time I will introduce software that may help. It is CudaText which operates on multi platform.
How to use CudaText
Here is the main screen. You can write plugins in Python.Unfortunately, macOS could not input Japanese ...
There is a split function in the editor section.
There is also a code highlighter.
With a slightly different function, there is a function to enlarge and edit the caret at the same time.
There are many other minor features such as mini maps.
It is fatal that CudaText can not input Japanese, but it will be a problem to be solved in the future. It looks convenient to be able to extend it with Python. Since it has functions as a basic programming editor such as regular expressions, it is software that I want to pay attention to in the future.
CudaText is open source software (Mozilla Public License) for Windows / macOS / Linux.
