Helpy - Mobile First Help Desk System

Support is indispensable not only for Web services but also for providing some kind of products and services. There is support on the community base if it is a free service, but if you are paid it you will be asked for one-on-one support.

Helpy wants to use it there. Modern design, mobile first help desk.

How to use Helpy

It is the top page. Users search here and ask new questions.

This is the management screen. A lot of questions have already been registered.

If the question is coming back, I can reply or write internal notes.

Here is an example of replying. You can also chase past questions.

Users can search and self-support.

Helpy has become a support desk system with a simple design. As a service of this kind, ZenDesk is known, but if it is Helpy you can customize it yourself.

Helpy is Ruby / Ruby on Rails open source software (MIT License).
