CFP (Call for Proposal) is common in Tech conferences and others. By registering what you want to talk about in a way to widely ask so-called speakers, you will be able to stand if adopted.
There are many Web services that seeks and manages CFP, but this time we will introduce CFP-App that we can set up CFP service on our own.
How to use CFP-App
I will log in first. For developers, there is a link called Developer (no authentication, setting of OAuth token is unnecessary) is high point.
Log in and create an event.
This is the screen that the applicant sees. Write guidelines.
And write the entry contents.
This is the management side screen, commenting by looking at the contents of the application, and deciding whether or not to adopt it.
CFP-App is a proven CFP service used in RailsConf and RubyConf as well. How about trying to manage with CFP, CFP-App which seems to be unexpectedly complicated if selected by multiple people.
CFP-App is open source software (MIT License) made by Ruby / Ruby on Rails.
