Knowledge sharing is indispensable to create a strong organization. Only staying in knowledge of individuals will only repeat the same experience and nothing will be cultivated. The question is where to write down. There used to be a Wiki once, but I could not use it unless I got used to it.
The open source software introduced this time is Sharedocs, a Qiita clone that programmers would be familiar with.
How to use Sharedocs
It is the top page of Sharedocs.
You are now logged. Coloring is different, UI is very similar to Qiita.
It is a newly created screen. The design here is quite different. But the preview function etc. are attached.
It is a display example. Markdown can be used for notation.
It is a user page. You can check the number of posts, the number of stocks and so on.
As there is a headquarter service called Qiita, Sharedocs will not compete there. Will not it be easy to write nonpublic information if it can be established inside the company? Why do not you introduce it to speed up the sharing of information inside the company?
Sharedocs is Scala's open source software (MIT License).
