wcode - a programming editor running on a web browser

The programming editor runs using web technology such as Atom and Visual Studio Code is becoming commonplace. It is realized not only by enhancing the functionality of the JavaScript engine, but also by enhancing the functionality of HTML 5.

wcode is a code editor that uses web technology in the same way. It is a point to operate on a web browser.

How to use wcode

I ran it. Specify the directory when starting up.

It has input supplement function.

There are also highlights.

You can also create folders.

wcode can be used just like Atom and VS Code. Although there may be no meaning to use locally, I think that there are many services offering a code editor as a web service. When such services are based on wcode, it seems that usability is good for developers.

wcode is open source software (MIT License) made by node / JavaScript.
